About - Redefining IT Consulting

After 8 years watching talented consultants trapped in contracts that benefited everyone except them, I founded Hive Launch to prove there's a better way.

Why This Exists

I entered IT consulting in 2017, like many it was the accessible path into tech. Over the years, I discovered something odd: I knew my clients' businesses inside out, but my own employers remained distant entities collecting margins. Every skill I developed came from client teams or self-learning.

After experiencing both sides - consulting and internal roles, for big or smaller structure, local or international - I understood that success in our industry depends on genuine partnerships, not contractual arrangements. Too often, companies struggle to find the right talent while consultants feel trapped in rigid structures.

When I started Hive Launch in 2023, I wanted to create something different: a consulting model that serves both sides honestly. For companies, we provide exceptional IT talent without the usual barriers to hiring them directly. For consultants, we offer real career paths - whether that's growing with us, joining a client team, or launching their own venture.

Because at the center of every successful project are people making genuine connections, not contracts keeping them apart.

Founder of Hive Launch Consulting

Our Philosophy

At Hive Launch, consultants own their client relationships. When they excel at a client site, they build genuine connections based on trust and delivered value. If they want to join that client permanently or launch their own venture we facilitate these transitions transparently.

This approach mirrors the Agile principles we implement in our projects: we value individuals and interactions over rigid processes, genuine collaboration over contract negotiation, and adapting to change over following fixed plans. Just as Agile transformed how we build software, we're applying that thinking to how we build careers.

I see my role as an enabler of successful relationships, staying out of the way while providing support when needed. Real partnerships form between people who work together daily. My job is to make those partnerships possible and help them evolve naturally.

Yes, this means consultants might leave. That's not a bug in our model, it's a feature. We succeed when careers launch, wherever they lead.
